Kindred Condos In Mississauga

Kindred Condos calls for the construction of three towers to be built on the northeast corner of Eglinton West and Erin Mills, located diagonally-across from the first Erin Mills master-planned community phase found on the southwest corner.

Planned to contain a total 977 residential units comprising of 338 rental suites and 639 condominium suites, a collection of homes estimated to account for some 2,443 new residents. The first tower will reach 25 storeys and will contain 358 units; the second will be 36 storeys high, containing 330 living units, and provide a rooftop on the 8th floor; lastly, the third tower will be 24 storeys tall, comprising of 309 units, and have a roof on the 11th and 4th floor.

All together, the towers combine for a residential gross floor area of 76,615 square metres and non-residential gross floor area of 10,683 square metres; office space will take up the first 2 to 4 floors of two of the buildings, while fronting along Eglinton and Erin Mills will be allocated for retail purposes.

Queen Elizabeth Way, contributing to a roadway system that allows

for commutes to downtown Toronto within 32 minutes
